South Korean Officials Announce Recovery of Boat with 21 North Korean Defectors
A small boat carrying 21 North Koreans was found drifting off South Korea's western coast this week, officials who requested anonymity told the Yonhap news agency on Saturday.
Twenty-one North Koreans, including women and children, were found adrift in a boat off the west coast of South Korea last Sunday and asked for asylum, the South Korean military said Saturday.
