Texas Rangers defeat New York Yankees, 4-3
ARLINGTON, Tex. - The Rangers beat the Yankees' unbeatable pitcher Tuesday night.
Wednesday night, the Yankees have a chance to return the favor.
Texas walked off with a 4-3 win in 10 innings, scoring the game-winner on David Murphy's bases-loaded single against Mariano Rivera.
The win put the Rangers in position to sweep the two-game series Wednesday night, as Cliff Lee faces the Yankees for the first time since he nearly became their teammate last month.
