Milwaukee Brewers defeat Houston Astros, 7-5

Brewers manager Ken Macha said Tuesday he plans to return left-hander Doug Davis to the starting rotation next week during a four-game series against San Francisco at Miller Park.

Macha did not say which pitcher would come out of the rotation, nor which day Davis would pitch. As it stands, the four pitchers lined up for that series are right-hander Dave Bush and left-handers Randy Wolf, Chris Narveson and Manny Parra.
