Minnesota Twins defeat Atlanta Braves, 2-1

Atlanta's David Ross tapped out to second to end the fifth inning, and many fans among the announced Target Field crowd of 39,428 booed.

They were caught up in the strikeout zone Francisco Liriano was in, and they wanted more.

What they did see was Liriano pitch the Twins to a 2-1 interleague victory Friday night while grabbing a share of history.
