Minnesota Timberwolves defeat Milwaukee Bucks, 96-85

Minneapolis - Bucks coach Scott Skiles went to a small lineup with his team trailing by 17 points midway through the third quarter Friday night at the Target Center.

The move helped the struggling Bucks make a run late in the third quarter and early in the fourth, but they still fell short in a 96-85 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. Milwaukee dropped to 0-2 as it returned to play Charlotte on Saturday night in the home opener at the Bradley Center.

But two consecutive road losses to open the season have the Milwaukee Bucks mighty concerned as they return to play Charlotte in the home opener Saturday night.
