TORONTO - Joe Girardi said Saturday he would refrain from using Mariano Rivera for more than one inning during the rest of the regular season.

TORONTO - Mariano Rivera had "no problems at all" during a 16-pitch bullpen session, clearing the way for him to return to the mound as soon as Sunday.
Rivera felt soreness and tightness in his left groin on Wednesday in Baltimore, the second time in three weeks he experienced that problem. He first felt it in Seattle on Aug. 15, but he returned to the mound after a few days off.
