Every starter had at least one hit and scored one run, except David Ortiz, who went 0-for-5 (now batting .195). ... Drew had four hits, Lowell and Kottaras had three, and Pedroia had three walks to go with his single.

Though Kevin Youkilis was denied a homer on the second Fenway replay in two games, he left no doubt on a three-run dagger in the seventh. Mike Lowell also went deep, Jacoby Ellsbury extended his hitting streak to 19 games and Boston took a half-game lead over Toronto for first place in the American League East.
