Sarah Palin and Michael Steele Address Pro-Life Republicans at the Evansville Right to Life Dinner

The banquet in The Centre's Bill Brooks Exhibition Hall has sold out of 2,180 tickets. Almost 800 additional tickets have been sold at $16 each for a live broadcast feed in the building's auditorium.

Michael Steele, chairman of the Republican National Committee, will be the banquet’s keynote speaker. Palin, who is expected to speak after Steele between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m., is billed as a “special guest speaker.”

Among the other speakers: Indiana State Treasurer Richard Mourdock, who will present a Lifetime Achievement Award to AXIOM Marketing & Advertising in Evansville.

Mary Ellen Van Dyke, executive director of Vanderburgh County Right to Life, will make brief remarks. Testimonials will be offered by Grace Robertson, Kim Epperson and Charlene Banaugh.

Musical entertainment will be offered by Christian music singer Matthew West and the First Christian Church choir and orchestra of Newburgh.
