Media Outlets Call for Dissolution of U.S. District Court Judge Samuel Kent's Case Gag Order

On Wednesday the Chronicle, New York Times and Galveston County Daily News joined KPRC-TV’s emergency motion to intervene in the case. The media outlets argue the restriction on speech about the case is unconstitutional at this point.
