Los Angeles Lakers defeat Minnesota Timberwolves, 104-92

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Lakers welcomed back Timberwolves coach Kurt Rambis on Friday night with a pre-game video montage that declared "Always a Laker" and a ceremony that presented him with his ring from last year's championship season.

He also got hugs from a procession of former players, led by Lakers forward Lamar Odom, while another Staples Center sellout crowd and his own Wolves players stood and applauded.
