ARLINGTON, Texas - There was little outward jubilation after yesterday's game, just the rush to pack bags and get on a plane back to Boston.

ARLINGTON, Texas—David Ortiz hit his first home run in 20 games, Paul Byrd pitched 6 2-3 scoreless innings to win his fourth straight decision and the Boston Red Sox beat the Texas Rangers 7-2 Sunday to move within 1 1/2 games of the AL East lead.
