Toronto Blue Jays defeat New York Yankees, 2-1

TORONTO - The Yankees' lack of production has been downright frightening in recent weeks.

Now they're hoping God-zilla can be the monster bat to help restore order to the enigmatic lineup.

Hideki Matsui came back to the Yankees Tuesday night, but his return didn't do much to boost the Bombers' struggling bats. Matsui, batting seventh as the designated hitter, went 0-for-3 in his return, falling in line with the rest of his teammates in a 2-1 loss to the Blue Jays.
