"See You Again" Remix Is Released

"See You Again" was remixed by Rock Mafia and was released on Cyrus's second studio album, Breakout.

The remix was officially released only in the United Kingdom, digitally on August 11, 2008 and physically on August 25, 2008. The Rock Mafia Remix of "See You Again" is also referred to as the "2008 Mix". A concert video from the Disney Channel Games 2008 was used and edited, for the video of the UK release of "See You Again" (Rock Mafia Remix). The song charted well into the top 20, almost making it to the top 10 of the UK Singles Chart. The song was also performed by Cyrus at "BBC Switch Live", gaining a huge response for a pop song from the audience, with much jumping and screaming leaving Cyrus in a visible state of shock and awe. After the performance, she claimed she wanted to spend more time working in the UK.
