CINCINNATI - Frank Viola can exhale.

Mike Pelfrey's winning streak ended at six games, three shy of Viola's club record, which spanned the 1989 and '90 seasons.

"He didn't have to pitch at this place," Pelfrey said with a laugh after allowing three homers at the Reds' hitter-friendly park on the banks of the Ohio River, receiving a no-decision in the Mets' 7-5, 10-inning win.
