Kansas City Royals defeat Baltimore Orioles, 6-5

A recap of the Orioles' 6-5 loss in 11 innings to the Royals last night: NOT AGAIN! Yes, again. Closer George Sherrill suffered his second blown save in two games, allowing a game-tying homer to Miguel Olivo in the ninth inning.

It happened to George Sherrill last year, too. In back-to-back August games against the Chicago White Sox, Sherrill surrendered home runs.
