This episode of the Miley and Mandy Show is Miley Cyrus without Mandy. Miley basically mopes around her room acting sad about the fact her best friend Mandy is not there to hang out with. Also includes flashbacks to previous Miley and Mandy Show episodes and features Akon's song Lonely.

This time the girls represent the song making a little story to go with the "Lonely". They alternate black-n-white scenes of them alone and totally depressed and bored, missing each other, with fun footage in colour. It ends with a reconciliation scene where Mandy knocks in Miley's door and hands her a teady-bear, they hug and start dancing around... and Miley gets dizzy and falls down!
