Arizona Diamondbacks defeat Baltimore Orioles, 7-4

PHOENIX -- The turning point came in the top of the fifth inning last night as the Orioles had knocked the Arizona Diamondbacks' starting pitcher out of the game, had the bases loaded with no outs and a two-run lead that appeared to be on the verge of growing.

Brian Burres tried to get through five innings with the lead so he could qualify for the win, but it didn't happen. The Orioles were ahead 4-0 in the fourth and 4-2 in the fifth.
