Cleveland Indians defeat Baltimore Orioles, 10-1
For now, Orioles manager Sam Perlozzo has apparently decided to go with the nine guys who are swinging the bat the best, a decision that has pushed veteran Jay Gibbons into a reserve role.

The Orioles did absolutely nothing against Cleveland starter Fausto Carmona when they saw him eight days earlier, managing just six hits and one earned run in 8 1/3 innings. Yesterday, they didn't fare much better, with only seven hits off him and one unearned run in seven innings. Four of the Orioles' seven hits off Carmona were infield singles.
