2000 San Francisco Gay Pride Parade

Officially named the San Francisco Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride Parade, the parade commemorates the Stonewall Riots in Greenwich Village, New York City, in June of 1969. For many, Stonewall marks the beginning of gay liberation in the United States.
