The bombing of the Egyptian Embassy

In Islamabad, Pakistan on November 19, 1995 Zawahiri's men from his al-jihad operation bombed the Egyptian Embassy.

Two men with Samsonite briefcases, one filled with weapons approached the Embassy and a pick-up truck with 250 pounds of explosives rushed into the building. Then the mastermind of the bomb, Abu Khabad, set the bomb off. He was the creator of the lkbomb land an explosives instructor. Sixteen people died plus the two suicide bombers, sixty werre wounded. The bombing , according to Lawrence Wright (The Looming Tower), was not approved by bin Laden.
