The 1943 Stanley Cup Final was a best-of-seven series between the Boston Bruins and the Detroit Red Wings.
The Red Wings, appearing in their third straight Finals, would win the series 4–0 to win their third Stanley Cup.
Boston defeated the Montreal Canadiens in a best-of-seven 4–0 to advance to the finals. The Red Wings defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs in a best-of-seven 4–3 to advance.

The Detroit Red Wings made their way to the Stanley Cup finals for the third straight year, beating Toronto in six games. Boston, meanwhile, wrestled the right to compete in the Cup final away from Montreal in five games. The first place Red Wings made easy work of the series against the second place Bruins. Johnny Mowers, the Red Wings' goaltender, earned two shutouts, helping Detroit win the Stanley Cup in four straight games. Sid Abel and company peppered 16 goals past Boston's star netminder Frank Brimsek in the finals.
