Bulger Featured on German Equivalent of "America's Most Wanted"

The foreign press corps will get a tutorial on one of Boston's most notorious gangsters, James "Whitey" Bulger, during a briefing in Washington tomorrow as the FBI continues its global push to find the elderly fugitive who has been on the run for 14 years and remains on the 10 Most Wanted list.
