Alonzo Monk Cross-Examined by Rod Blagojevich's Attorney, Sam Adam

Rod Blagojevich’s lawyer, Sam Adam Jr., is picking up where he left off Monday with a frontal assault on the credibility of Alonzo “Lon” Monk, the former Blagojevich friend and chief of staff who has been on the stand for four days.

Adam’s questions, dripping with indignation and sarcasm, often appeared to be argumentative, and prosecutors have interrupted numerous times with objections, which U.S. District Judge James Zagel has frequently sustained.
