UCLA Beats Michigan in Final Four

The two teams met again in the NCAA semifinals in Portland, but this time Michigan won easily, 93–76. Player of the Year and tourney MVP Bradley said goodbye to college ball with 58 points in the consolation game, which overshadowed defending champ UCLA's nine-point victory over Michigan in the title game.
