The White Sox lineup Friday might have looked like a spring training ''B'' game roster, dotted with rookies and bench players backing up temporary starter Tony Pena.

It was only a temporary break for Paul Konerko and A.J. Pierzynski, who might be playing their last games for the Sox this weekend when they return to the lineup, while second baseman Gordon Beckham officially closed the lid on his 2010 season because of a bruised right hand.
