Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich's campaign finance chairman, a millionaire lobbyist and his former chief of staff pleaded not guilty today on charges related to the racketeering and fraud case against the ousted governor.
But the former staff chief, John Harris, is cooperating with the government's investigation, plans to testify against his former boss and will likely change his plea to guilty, his attorney said. Harris has been charged with a single count of wire fraud.
