Texas Rangers defeat Minnesota Twins, 5-3

ARLINGTON, TEXAS - There was nothing ordinary about Sunday night's Twins game, unless you're used to seeing a call overturned by replay, an unassisted double play, a home run by Nick Punto and six fruitless at-bats by Joe Mauer.

And so it figured that in the 12th inning, the Twins would call upon knuckleballer R.A. Dickey to face Ian Kinsler, and Dickey would throw a fastball -- not a knuckleball -- and watch Kinsler smash it for a home run.
