Fear, Emptiness, Despair is the fifth album by British grindcore band Napalm Death, released in 1994. Originally titled Under Rule, this record is notable for its extensive use of midpaced songs and elaborate music structures, similar to previous albums such as Utopia Banished (1992) and Harmony Corruption (1990).
